JustinFit is a one-person practice. This page explains, in plain language, what justinfit.com collects, why, and how to opt out.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to justinfit.com, operated by JustinFit LLC in Pembroke Pines, Florida. If you have a question about anything here, email justin@justinfit.com.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, justinfit.com collects a limited amount of technical information whenever a page is loaded. This includes:

  • Usage data: which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, which sections you scrolled to, and which links or buttons you tapped (for example, tapping the phone number or submitting the contact form).
  • Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser, screen size, and language.
  • Approximate location and IP address: your IP address is used to estimate your city or region and is handled by the analytics providers described below.
  • Referral source: the site, search engine, or ad that sent you here.

Analytics and advertising tools

Three third-party tools run on this site. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

  • Google Analytics 4: measures traffic and on-site behavior so I can understand which pages are useful. Google's handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures the results of Facebook and Instagram advertising and allows ads to be shown to people who have visited this site. Meta's handling of this data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Hotjar: shows me anonymized heatmaps and replays of how visitors move through pages (scrolling, tapping, where people get stuck) so I can improve the site. Hotjar masks what you type by default. Its handling of this data is covered by the Hotjar Privacy Policy.

None of these tools is used to identify you by name. They report aggregate and pseudonymous activity.

Information you give me directly

If you fill out the "Talk to Justin" form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and anything you write in the message field. That information is delivered to me by email through Formspree, the form-processing service used by this site.

I use those details for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and manage your training. I do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so, and I do not use your form submission for advertising targeting.

What I do not do

  • I do not sell your personal information, and I never have.
  • I do not rent, trade, or share your contact details with other businesses or lead brokers.

The only parties that receive data are the service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting), Formspree (form delivery), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and Hotjar (site usage analysis). If you choose to play the embedded video, YouTube (a Google service) also receives standard viewing data. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.

Health information

The contact form is not intended for medical details, and I ask that you not send them through this website. If you submit the form from a service-specific page, that submission tells me which service you were reading about. If you choose to describe your health situation in the message field, I use it only to prepare for our first conversation. The Meta advertising pixel and Hotjar do not run on the GLP-1 page.

How to opt out

  • Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops Google Analytics from collecting data on any site you visit.
  • Meta ads: adjust your ad preferences in Meta Accounts Center under Ad preferences, where you can limit how your activity off Meta's apps is used for advertising.
  • Hotjar: follow the steps on Hotjar's Do Not Track page to exclude your visits from its recordings and heatmaps.
  • Your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a tracking-prevention setting that blocks the tools above.
  • Ask me directly: email justin@justinfit.com and I will delete the contact information you have submitted.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page.
